NordWestRopes · 2026 · AI mascot video
One phone photo.
A mascot that explains your equipment.
The client sent an ordinary phone shot of a four-leg chain sling lying on the warehouse floor. I turned it into a 30-second video where Slingy, a mascot made of the product itself, walks through every part. No film crew, no 3D modelling, one continuous AI take.

How a phone photo becomes a video
Scroll: the scene on the left rebuilds itself step by step, exactly in the order I worked.

Just a phone photo
This is everything the factory sent. Shot on a phone, on the warehouse floor, no lighting, no styling. That is enough: the real product stays real in the final video.
02 / 08
Route map
I plan the route: where the mascot stops and which part he explains at each point. Six stops, from the top of the sling to the load hooks.
03 / 08
Mascot casting
I offered several characters: a polar bear rigger, an engineer, an old sea captain. Together with the client we chose the one that IS the product: a lifting sling with a face.
04 / 08
Character sheet
Palette, proportions, poses, turnaround. The sheet locks his look so he stays the same in every shot and every future video.
05 / 08
One take, no sound
The whole route in a single continuous AI take: no cuts, no stitching. He climbs, touches and pokes the real metal, and the sling stays exactly as photographed.
06 / 08
Voice, separately
I generate the voice as a separate track: one character, two languages, fitted to his lips syllable by syllable. Press «Hear the voice» on the video.
07 / 08
Post-production
Captions with highlighted keywords, a part counter, foley and timing. This is where the take becomes a clear product explainer.
08 / 08
Final video
30 seconds that explain a technical product better than a spec sheet. Same take, two versions: English and Russian.
One take. Two audiences.
The same continuous take, voiced and edited for two markets. In English he is Slingy, in Russian he is Stropych.
What this gives a manufacturer
- No shoot
No crew, no location, no 3D modelling. A phone photo from the warehouse is the whole input.
- Complex made simple
A mascot walks the buyer through the product part by part. Easier to remember than a spec sheet.
- Scales
Same character, any product in the catalogue, any language. Each new video starts from one more photo.
"We've worked with Lada for over a year now, several projects so far, and we're carrying on. We started with a simple ask: decent visuals for our sales team, something we wouldn't be embarrassed to show a client in a meeting. The visuals got noticeably better, and we spend less on production.
What I value is that she thinks not only about how it looks but about why the business needs it. She keeps deadlines and doesn't miss the small things. People equally strong on the technical and the creative side are rare in my experience. I recommend her."
